There's no other challenge like a nightclub challenge.
Pubs sell coffee, football clubs host conferences, campuses double as low-cost hotels: everyone needs their asset to work as hard as it can. So yes, let's make sure a thousand revellers and an international DJ leave the premises having enjoyed one of the nights of their year. But let's also see if, for example, we can use the ground floor as a day-long coffee shop or bar; and let's use zones, moods, lighting, levels and space inventively to give your club a character, a life and a source of income on top of what it's worth on Fridays and Saturdays, 10pm to 3am.
