Another Place is an annual magazine style brochure for The Hotel and Extreme Academy at Watergate Bay.
During brainstorming it was clear that 'another hotel brochure' showing well photographed images was not going to be enough to portray the personality of this hotel.
Another Place is a tongue in cheek reference to a very crowded market. An exclusive lifestyle magazine created with the core target market in mind. Another Place is an innovative approach to a hotel brochure for Cornwall, portraying The Hotel & Extreme Academy as a forward thinking destination, that's proud of its location. Creatively designed and written with aspiration as its foundation it does not intimidate nor patronise.
The effect of the brochure has significantly helped to convey the essence of the experience The Hotel to our new target market who have not visited us before. Along with repeat visitors, we have received a very high level of new guests with bookings up by 32% in its first year of publication.
