To visit a spa is to put ordinary, daily life on hold.

The spa is an escape, a cocoon, another world completely; the visitor seeks luxury, comfort and spectacle, but at the same time wants to feel relaxed and at ease, not overawed.

We have substantial and growing experience of striking this delicate balance. We always make sure excellent visuals are used from an early stage, so everyone's vision of what's involved is as clear as possible.
